These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the African Recipes: 54 Countries mobile application ("App") operated by us ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App provides African recipes, cooking instructions, and related content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content

All recipes, images, text, and other content in the App are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

Recipes are provided for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the outcome of your cooking, allergic reactions, or any harm resulting from following recipes.

4. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads will be shown and that ad-related data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to their terms. Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store.

6. Intellectual Property

The App name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by us. The "African Recipes: 54 Countries" brand and all related marks may not be used without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Recipe content is complete, accurate, or up-to-date
• The App will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or personal injury.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
